Marine Electric Horn
Marine electric horn is a device that uses an electric motor to drive an impeller to make air pass through the nozzle quickly and make a sound. The power source of the electric horn is electricity, which is remote controlled. The motor drives the compressor in the machine, and the compressed air produced passes through the spring flute diaphragm to blow out the horn sound. Our marine electric horn products use high-end computer chips and have the characteristics of multiple functions, stable signals, long sound propagation, and low signal distortion. They are widely used in various water vehicles, docks and other places.

Working principle
The electric horn realizes human-machine dialogue through the "Fog Aviation Automatic Control System" with "Single Chip Microcomputer" as the core. The system automatically outputs "signals" according to the set "actual environment", drives the relay, and connects the main power supply to the motor, driving the motor to work. The sound-producing system uses an electric motor as the driving force, and drives the eccentric shaft to rotate at high speed through the teeth. The eccentric shaft drives the piston to perform high-frequency reciprocating motion in the piston cylinder, compressing the air in the chamber composed of the piston and the piston cylinder, and driving the sound-producing diaphragm. Then the sound is strengthened by the resonance of the resonator, and then the signal is sent through the horn.
