Marine Diaphragm Pump
Air operated pneumatic diaphragm pumps not only can exhaust the flow liquid, but also can convey some uneasy flowed medium, with the merits of self-pumping pump, diving pump, shield pump and impurity pump etc. Not like other kinds pumps, this pump is simple in structure, installation and maintenance. The medium conveyed by the pump will not touch the matched pneumatic valve and coupling lever etc. It can transmit the adhesive liquid (the viscosity I below 1000centipoise) and needn’t the oil lubricant. Even if idling, it has no influence to the pump.

Working principle
The working principle of diaphragm pump can be briefly summarized as the "suction - drainage - suction - drainage" cycle process.
1.drive diaphragm move: through the action of compressed air or liquid, drive diaphragm from the suction cavity side to the discharge cavity side.
2.suction process: when the diaphragm moves to the side of the discharge chamber, the suction chamber is connected with the inlet valve, and the diaphragm pump inhales liquid from the inlet.
3.discharge process: at the same time, the liquid of the discharge chamber is pushed to the outlet through the driving device, and the discharge chamber is connected with the outlet valve.
4.cycle:the diaphragm continues to move reciprocating, the liquid is discharged from the suction cavity to the discharge cavity, to complete a complete pumping process.
