Marine Defroster Nozzle with Sleeve
Marine defroster nozzle with sleeve is centered 1.5m from the window and above the driver's standing height. The wind speed of the air jet to the window is 1.5m/s and the nozzle can be adjusted to cover the upper to lower edges of the window. Marine defroster nozzle with sleeve is mainly used for removing the impact of fog, water vapor and fine water mist on the line of sight that occurs during the navigation of the ship, to ensure the safety of navigation. Design:
The outdoor design temperature is -20℃; the indoor design temperature is +22℃; the defrost nozzle air temperature is +42℃.
The air volume used for defrosting is configured according to the area of the glass window to be defrosted, and the air volume is 0.015m³/s per square meter.
As the cab has certain requirements for noise control. Therefore, according to the system requirements, in the distance from the defrost nozzle 1m measured noise does not exceed 55dB, so in the system design need to pay attention to the selection of the nozzle form, size and outlet air speed control.
