Material Composition
Composite rock wool board is composed of galvanized thin steel plate, PVC plastic decorative film, adhesive and rock wool composite. Specifically, the composite rock wool board is a kind of rock wool in the middle of two layers of 0.7mm thick galvanized steel plate, lining a certain thickness of rock wool, the weight of composite rock wool board per square is 19kg. The connection form between plates is the form of A-type plate and C-type plate.
System Structure
The system structure of composite rock wool board is mainly composed of: bonding layer, thermal insulation layer, plastering layer, finishing layer and accessories.
The bonding layer is attributed to the building, is between the bottom layer and the surface layer, the primary use of cementitious materials to the upper and lower layers of the two layers firmly bonded together, and its filler is mainly derived from inorganic materials.
