The construction of marine centrifugal blower includes casing, main shaft, impeller and other parts, and its working principle is to accelerate the gas by utilizing the high-speed rotating impeller, and then treat the gas as an incompressible fluid, leaving the impeller along the direction of the radius, and relying on the centrifugal force generated to do the work. In air conditioning system, it provides comfortable temperature and humidity for indoor by means of air supply, air return and air exhaust; in ships, centrifugal blowers are mostly used for cabin ventilation or other types of special air flow requirements.

Low noise, centrifugal ventilator adopts reasonable impeller angle design according to the air flow mechanics, without any mechanical friction when it is running, and the reasonable blade shape line makes the noise reduced to low; the noise produced by centrifugal ventilator is high-frequency noise, and it can be soundproofed as long as there is an obstacle.

Centrifugal ventilator runs smoothly, the optimized design of the impeller reduces the axial force to a low degree, and there are impellers, and the static and dynamic balancing correction, so that the whole machine runs smoothly, and the bearing amplitude is relatively small in the absence of any vibration reduction device.
