Marine Centrifugal Blower
The working principle of marine centrifugal fan is based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy. It uses a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas, and then converts kinetic energy into potential energy (pressure) by slowing down and changing the flow direction.
Overview
Features:
Small size and light weight: this makes installation and movement more convenient, and is suitable for ship environment with limited space.
Low noise: reduce the impact on the ship's personnel and provide a more comfortable working and living environment.
Good corrosion resistance: it can resist the corrosion of seawater and chemicals and prolong the service life of the fan.
Good air tightness: while ensuring gas circulation, prevent external substances from entering the fan.
Small starting torque: the torque required for starting is small and easy to start.
Strong anti-sway, vibration and impact: it can withstand the sway and vibration of the ship during navigation and ensure stable operation.
Maintenance skills:
Regular inspection: Before starting the fan, check whether the fan and its accessories are normal, including bearings, shaft sleeves and transmission parts of the fan. Bearing and bearing box should be filled with proper amount of lubricating oil to prevent abnormal operation of equipment.
Cleaning and maintenance: regularly remove the dust and dirt inside the fan and conveying pipeline, especially the dust and dirt on the impeller, to prevent corrosion and imbalance. It is recommended to clean the outer surface once every quarter and the impeller surface every month.
Lubrication maintenance: Fill the bearing with proper amount of lubricating oil or grease regularly to reduce friction loss and prolong the service life of the bearing. It is recommended to fill the bearing with lubricating oil once every quarter.
Safe operation: Before starting or turning off the fan, confirm that the relevant equipment and components are in a stopped state, and inform the surrounding personnel to pay attention. When disassembling and cleaning the fan, the power supply should be cut off first, and necessary safety measures should be taken to avoid accidental injury.
