Marine Carpet for Boat
Marine carpet for boats can use ordinary household carpet, but the appearance should be coordinated with the overall design of the cabin.
Application should have a certain flame retardant, anti-static, anti-fouling and anti-performance, while combustion exhaust gas emissions and smoke optical density should meet the requirements of the standard for marine carpets.
Overview
Standard:
1. Carpets need to obtain the classification society's approval or the European Union's MED certificate
2. Carpet composition: wool, wool nylon (nylon) (the higher the wool content, the more comfortable carpet touch)
3. Pile height: not less than 6mm
4. Pile weight: not less than 1250g/m
5. Carpet backing: environmental protection flame retardant backing
6. Total thickness of carpet: not less than 8mm
7. Total carpet weight: not less than 2250g/m2
8. Internal quality: it should be in line with the provisions of GB/T 14252 (except for flame resistance and leveling method).
9. Appearance quality: should be consistent with the appearance of GB/T 14252 quality grading requirements
