Marine A60 Fire Damper
Marine fire damper A60 refers to a fire separation measure consisting of bulkheads and decks that meet certain requirements, insulated with approved non combustible materials. The design purpose of this fire separation measure is to ensure that the average temperature on the backside does not increase by more than 140 ℃ compared to the original temperature within 60 minutes, and that the temperature at any point, including any joint, does not increase by more than 180 ℃ compared to the original temperature. In addition, this separated structure can prevent smoke and flames from passing through after a standard fire resistance test of 1 hour until the end.

1.The damper is normally open condition usually. When the temperature inside the valve reaches 70C,
the fuse breaks and the valve will close with the force of spring and it will stop the smoke to extend in the air ducts.
2.Manual open or close the damper is available. And manual reset it after the damper acting. The damper has six
gears which can be used to regulating air volume.
3.Round valve diameter is 250mm, when it is bigger than 700mm, it should be round outside and square
inside structure.
4.Once the damper is closed, outputs the close electric signal 24V DV.
Service
No regular maintenance is required for the product.
To ensure proper operation of fire dampers, inspection must be carried out regularly according to local building codes. The minimum recommended inspection period is every 6 months. Documentation of testing needs has to be saved for future needs.
A fire damper with electrical actuator must be connected to a common fire alarm or building automation system.
It is recommended that the fire damper with an electrical actuator is connected to an automatic fire damper management system.
The fuse of a fire damper equipped with an electric actuator must be replaced if the fuse has been released because of a rise of temperature in the duct. The fuse can be changed from outside the fire damper.
The actuator include position indicators, open and close.
