Matters needing attention:

1. The end face of the pipe should be perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, and the pipe mouth should be free of burrs. This is to ensure the correct installation and sealing performance of the joint. ‌

2. Do not unscrew the nut casually. If accidentally unscrewed, it is necessary to ensure that the front and rear card sleeves inside the connector are not missing and in the correct position. ‌

When using pre-installation, try to maintain the coaxiality between the pipe and the joint body as much as possible. If the pipe deviates too much, it will cause sealing failure. ‌

4. The pre-installation force should not be too large, and the inner edge of the card sleeve should be just embedded in the outer wall of the pipe to avoid significant deformation of the card sleeve, otherwise it will lose its sealing effect. ‌

5. It is prohibited to add fillers such as sealant. Adding sealant or other fillers may cause hydraulic component damping holes to become blocked and other malfunctions. ‌

6.When connecting pipelines, the pipes should have sufficient deformation allowance to avoid tensile stress. ‌

7. Avoid lateral forces on the pipeline, as excessive lateral forces can cause poor sealing. ‌

8. Tighten the connection at once to avoid multiple disassembly, otherwise it will deteriorate the sealing performance. ‌

Before use, a leak check should be conducted. If there is a leak, it should be immediately stopped and replaced with a new product.
