M-C87OMLO Male Stud Elbow

M-C87OMLO Male Stud Elbow is a special type of joint designed with a 90 degree angle and external threads. This type of joint is usually used in situations where the direction of fluid flow needs to be changed, such as water pipes, pneumatic systems, etc. The materials of right angle external thread joints are diverse, including stainless steel 304, 316 stainless steel, carbon steel, plastic, etc., to meet the needs of different applications.

Overview

Advantages:

1.Fast connection speed: It can quickly complete connections and improve work efficiency. This connection method is not affected by manual labor, has stable performance, and is suitable for situations with tight schedules. ‌

2.Easy to operate: convenient inspection, easy operation, no mismatch between sleeves and steel bars, reducing energy consumption and protecting the environment. ‌

3.High safety performance: It can ensure smooth operation even in small spaces. ‌

4.High strength: ensures the firmness and durability of the connection. ‌

5.Wide application range: The application range of right angle external thread joints is basically not limited.

Working principle:

1.Friction principle: When the external thread and internal thread are interlocked, the friction between the mating parts during rotation can prevent the thread pair from loosening and maintain the stability of the connection. ‌

2.Tension principle: By rotating the external thread, tension is applied to the internal thread, generating a certain tension that makes the thread connection more secure and able to withstand a certain amount of tension and torque. ‌

3.Principle of inclined plane action: During the rotation of the inclined plane of the thread, the force along the tangential component of the thread is converted into a normal component, increasing the tightness of the connection. ‌

4.Self locking principle: Threaded connections have self-locking characteristics. Once torque is applied to a certain value, the resistance between the connecting parts will increase, automatically preventing loosening. This is because the contact area between the threads increases, and the frictional force exceeds the loosening torque, causing the connection to reach a self-locking state.
