Large Flexivity Expansion Joint is a component installed in piping systems. Its main role is to reduce vibration and noise, compensate for displacement and installation errors, as well as pipe insertion part as a convenient inspection. Flexible rubber expansion joint is a kind of non-metallic expansion joint, which is widely used in chemical industry, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industry, refrigeration, sanitation, plumbing, fire fighting, electric power and other basic engineering fields, with special rubber material and superior performance.

Advantage:

Rubber expansion section is used for flexible connection of piping system, which consists of rubber parts and metal flanges, with displacement and angle compensation ability, reducing noise and vibration, absorbing dimensional changes of pipelines and containers caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction, and reducing additional stress caused by temperature difference and mechanical vibration.

Compared with metal expansion joints, flexible rubber expansion joints have the advantages of long vibration cycle, no fatigue failure, resistance to corrosive media, resistance to outside world, high impact strength, space flexibility (installation and service), noise reduction and so on.

Feature:

Reliable sealing: V-type rubber ring or other sealing materials are used to ensure that the medium does not leak.

Low friction: The structure is reasonably designed to reduce the packing friction and make the expansion and contraction smoother.

Small volume and light weight: Compared with other expanders, sleeve expanders have smaller volume and lighter weight, which is easy to install and maintain.
