JIS F3060R Storm Valve
JIS F3060R storm valve is a valve used to prevent seawater or waves from entering pipelines or equipment. These valves are usually used in marine engineering or coastal protection projects to effectively prevent seawater impact or wave intrusion into piping systems and protect equipment and facilities from damage.
Overview
Protect your marine pipelines, pumping stations, and coastal facilities from damaging seawater intrusion and wave backflow with the reliable JIS F3060R Storm Valve. Engineered to meet stringent Japanese Industrial Standards, this automatic float-operated valve ensures seamless operation in demanding marine environments, safeguarding critical infrastructure against corrosion and flood damage.
Principle and Structure.
The principle of storm valve is based on hydrostatic and dynamic principles, through the opening and closing of the control valve to control the water flow, and play a role in preventing the backflow of seawater.
The storm valve is mainly composed of control valve, float, seal ring, bracket and other components. Among them, the control valve is the core component of the storm valve, which is usually divided into two kinds of large and small, respectively installed in the pipeline and pumping station. Valve through the buoyancy of the floating ball, control valve switch. When the seawater rises, the float rises with it and the valve closes, preventing seawater from backing up; when the seawater ebbs, the float drops and the valve opens, allowing the water inside to flow out.
