JCL Direct Connected Marine Centrifugal Fan
JCL series marine centrifugal fan is designed and manufactured into a horizontal structure type or a vertical one, which the vane wheel is mounted directly on the motor shaft extension.
The vane wheel, being riveting structure is made of aluminum alloy and carefully balanced by static and dynamic ways.
Both the casing and the inlet are made of welded common steel with airtight structure.
Overview
Working Conditions:
1.Ambient temperature:-25~55℃
2.Relative humidity of air:≤95%
3.Cyclical oscillation: 22.5~45° (oscillation cycle 5~10s)
4.Sustained horizontal tilting:15°
5.Sustained vertical tilting:10°
6.Vibration: existent
7.Shock: existent.
Structure:
The fan is of horizontal type with direct coupling for the motor however,it can also be constructed into an vertical type.
The impeller is made of riveted aluminum alloy.it has been undergone static and dynamic calibrations.
Both the casing and the inlet are made of welded common steel with airtight structure.
