1. Daily inspection

Check oil level:

Ensure that the lubricating oil level is within the normal range and add lubricating oil if necessary.

Check the quality and color of the lubricating oil, and replace it promptly if any deterioration is found.

Check the air filter:

Regularly inspect and clean the intake filter to prevent dust and impurities from entering the compressor.

Replace damaged or severely contaminated filter elements.

Check the cooling system:

Check the flow rate and temperature of the cooling water to ensure the normal operation of the cooling system.

Regularly clean the cooler and radiator to prevent blockages.

Check the drainage system:

Regularly discharge condensate from the air storage tank and oil-water separator to keep the system dry.

Check pressure and temperature:

Regularly check the system pressure and exhaust temperature to ensure they operate within the normal range.

When abnormalities are found, immediately shut down the machine to check the cause.

2. Weekly:

a. Check the unit for any abnormal sounds and leaks;

b. Check if the instrument reading is correct;

c. Check if the temperature display is normal.

3. Monthly:

a. Check if there is any rust or looseness inside the machine. If there is rust, remove it, oil or paint it, and tighten the loose parts;

b. Discharge condensate water.

4. Every three months:

a. Remove dust from the outer surface of the cooler, as well as the fan cover and blades;

b. Add lubricating oil to the motor bearings;

c. Check for aging and breakage of the hose;

d. Check electrical components and clean the electrical control box.
