Connection of air ducts to fans:
When connecting the air duct with the fan, the binding material used shall be copper and aluminum products for operation. It is strictly prohibited to use iron wire to bind the connection. Ducts and air ducts are also connected with the above materials for connection.
Attention: Before connecting the phoenix duct, the damage of the duct should be checked, and the damage should be repaired immediately, such as serious damage should be replaced. Prevent the kinetic energy of positive airflow from being consumed at the damaged place.
Selection of duct length:
When small (around 5KW) axial duct fans are used for local ventilation, their duct length should be controlled at 20-30m.
When a large (40kw ) axial duct fan is used for local ventilation, its duct length should be controlled at 30-40m.
When large (37kw or so) centrifugal duct fans are used for local ventilation, their duct length should be controlled at 30-40m.
If the duct length of the above fans exceeds their respective limitations, it is difficult to ensure the ventilation effect.
