GB/T11692 Marine Bronze Suction Sea Valve

GB/T11692 Marine Bronze Suction Sea Valve is also called "submarine valve". Inlet valves installed on both sides, stern or bottom of the ship below the waterline. The valve is opened and closed by handwheel or deck transmission mechanism to control the water outside the ship to enter the ship for cleaning and cooling machines on board.

Overview

Structure and principle:

1. Valve body: The valve body of the sea valve is responsible for fixing the shape and position of the valve.

2. Guide rails: There are two guide rails inside the valve body to slide the valve plate and ensure that the valve plate is perpendicular to the valve body.

3. Valve plate: The valve plate is the key component that determines the on-off state of the sea valve, and it controls the flow and pressure of water by sliding up and down. The top of the valve plate has a round club head, which can be moved up and down by a screw rod.

4. Screw rod: The function of the screw rod is to control the up-and-down movement of the valve plate, so as to adjust the opening and closing degree of the water gate. The handle controls the up and down position of the valve plate by connecting the screw rod.

5. Handle: The handle is the manual control part of the sea valve, and the opening and closing of the valve can be adjusted by manual rotation.

6. Damping pad: In the process of ship entering and leaving the door, shock waves will be generated due to the flow of water and the opening and closing of the valve, and the function of damping pad is to alleviate the damage of these shock waves to the valve device.
