Gauge Couplings with Taper

Gauge Couplings with Taper

Gauge Couplings with Taper ,this high-precision and high-sensitivity design enables the docking pressure gauge connector to accurately reflect the pressure state of the measured system, thereby helping operators to observe and monitor pressure changes in the measured system in real time, timely understand the system's working status, and ensure the safety and stability of production operation.

Overview

Merits:

1.Easy to operate: In high-pressure environments, the docking pressure gauge connector can be manually connected or disconnected from the measuring hose, making the operation simple and convenient. ‌

2.Easy connection: The connection process with the instrument is relatively convenient, which improves work efficiency. ‌

3.Compact structure: The docking pressure gauge connector itself is designed to be compact, occupying small space and suitable for various application scenarios. ‌‌

Installation:

1.Calibration before installation: The pressure gauge should be calibrated before installation to ensure that it is qualified before installation and use. ‌

2.Fixed pressure gauge: The pressure gauge should be fixed on a specially processed joint and a gasket should be added to avoid direct entanglement of hemp thread or direct installation on the valve. ‌

3.Choose installation location: The pressure gauge should be installed in a location that is easy to operate and maintain, while considering safety and ease of operation. ‌

4.Laying of connecting conduit: The horizontal section of the connecting conduit should have a certain slope to facilitate the removal of condensed liquids or gases. According to the different measured media (gas or liquid), the conduit should be inclined towards the direction of the pressure tap or the direction of the pressure measuring instrument accordingly. At the bend of the conduit, a condensate drainage device should be installed at the lowest point or an exhaust device should be installed at the highest point to ensure measurement accuracy. ‌

5.Regular maintenance: Condensed liquids or gases should be regularly discharged to maintain measurement accuracy.
