Overview
HiSea Marine fireproof aluminum composite panels are high-performance building decoration panels manufactured using advanced composite technology. Their structure uses A2-grade inorganic non-combustible material as the core, covered with high-quality aluminum plates on both sides, and composited through a high-temperature and high-pressure process, fundamentally ensuring excellent fire safety and structural stability.
Core Structure and Process:
Surface Layer (Upper/Lower Substrate): High-quality aluminum or aluminum alloy plates, with various surface treatments such as fluorocarbon coating (PVDF), polyester coating (PE), wood grain imitation, and stone grain imitation to meet different decorative needs.
Core Layer: The entire series uses A2-grade (non-combustible) inorganic fireproof core material, which does not burn, drip, or produce low smoke and is non-toxic when exposed to fire.
Composite Process: Processed through a high-temperature continuous composite production line with precise temperature control, ensuring high interlayer bonding strength and good durability.
Main Product Advantages:
Superior Fire Safety: A2-grade non-combustible core material provides reliable passive fire protection for buildings and ships.
Excellent Durability: The aluminum surface layer combined with a high-performance coating offers exceptional weather resistance, UV resistance, and corrosion resistance, resulting in a long service life.
Highly Decorative and Easy to Install: A wide range of surface finishes are available; the lightweight panels are easy to cut, bend, and install.
Environmentally Friendly: The materials are non-toxic and harmless, and the production and use processes meet environmental protection requirements.
