Overview

Environment protection fiber insulation wool is an environmentally friendly insulation material, usually made of natural or synthetic fibers, with good thermal insulation performance and environmental characteristics.

Environmental fiber insulation cotton is usually made of renewable natural fibers, such as cotton, hemp, bamboo fibers, etc., or synthetic fibers, such as polyester fibers, polyphenol fibers, etc.. These fiber materials have good thermal insulation properties, can effectively block the conduction and radiation of heat, improve the thermal insulation effect of the building or equipment.

Features

Compared with traditional insulation materials, environmental fiber insulation wool has better environmental performance. It is usually made of formaldehyde-free, non-chlorinated and other environmentally friendly materials, will not release harmful gases, harmless to the human body and the environment. At the same time, this kind of insulation cotton in the production process is also more environmentally friendly, reducing the pollution of the environment.

Eco-friendly fiber insulation cotton also has good durability and compression resistance, is not easy to break, and has a long service life. It also has good sound-absorbing properties, which can reduce noise transmission and improve the indoor environment.

Why Choose Our Eco-Friendly Fiber Products?

We provide more than just materials; we offer compliant, comfortable, and sustainable solutions for your vessel.

Graded Fire Safety

Our products meet IMO FTPC Part 1 non-flammability testing standards and are available with a complete A-60 type approval certificate. They do not release toxic fumes at high temperatures, saving valuable time for passenger and crew evacuation and firefighting operations. They are a cornerstone of ensuring the vessel's lifeline and meeting stringent regulatory requirements.

Superior Cabin Sound Insulation

Up to 50dB of airborne sound insulation effectively blocks engine room noise, wave impact noise, and conversations from adjacent cabins. Particularly suitable for areas with stringent acoustic requirements, such as cruise ship cabins, crew quarters, bridges, hospitals, and high-end conference rooms, significantly improving passenger comfort and privacy, meeting COMF (Comfort in the Marine) rating requirements.

Truly Green Ship Interior Materials

The main body is made from recycled polyester fibers, combined with formaldehyde-free environmentally friendly adhesives, eliminating indoor air pollution at its source. Its production energy consumption is far lower than that of traditional mineral wool, and the product itself is recyclable, helping shipowners meet the Ship Recycling Convention (SRC) and global Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals, making it an excellent choice for creating a green ship image.

Stable Durability and Construction-Friendly Features

The material possesses excellent compression resistance and resilience, maintaining thickness and performance stability under vibration throughout the ship's entire lifecycle. Its soft texture makes it easy to cut and fit complex curved surfaces (such as piping systems and arched bulkheads), resulting in high installation efficiency and effectively reducing overall construction costs.
