Eccentric Reducer
In the design of the fittings, the center axis of the eccentric reducer fittings creates an eccentric distance. This design can make the pipe steering more flexible and convenient for construction and maintenance. In addition to the use of steel pipe as a raw material for the production of reducers, some specifications of the reducer can also be used for steel plate stamping and molding process for production. The shape of the die used for stretching is designed with reference to the inner surface size of the reducer, and the steel plate is stamped and stretched by the die after feeding.

Eccentric reducer is expressed as large head diameter * small head diameter * thickness.

Eccentric reducer shrinkage forming process is equal to the diameter of the large end of the pipe reducer billet into the forming mold, through the axial direction of the billet pressure, so that the metal along the mold cavity movement and shrinkage molding. Depending on the size of the reducer, it is divided into one pressing and forming or multiple pressing and forming.
Eccentric reducer is characterized by significantly higher strength than the same amount of carbon carbon steel, with good toughness and plasticity and good weldability and corrosion resistance.
