The process is precise and compact, the air duct is rigorous and smooth, and there are no signs of pulling. The appearance of the casing is bright and dazzling, and there are no welding points on the whole machine, so there is no need for further spraying treatment, which is more environmentally friendly. This highlights the level of mastery of deep drawing technology by our factory technicians.

The performance of the fan:

The impeller of the circular duct fan is a wing shaped backward leaning blade, which maximizes the gas fluid dynamics during high-speed operation. Therefore, the energy efficiency ratio is very high, reaching 70%, which means that it can transport the maximum wind power with the minimum motor power, which is an effect that ordinary forward leaning centrifugal fans cannot achieve. Therefore, pipeline fans are both energy-saving and windy. A circular duct fan connected to an air duct of more than 20 meters does not affect its effectiveness. The main characteristic of a duct fan is high pressure.
