DN900 Dredging Ball Joint
The DN900 dredging ball joint is composed of at least five parts: casing, ball, gland, bushing and seal. Its pipe inner diameter is designed to be 900mm. It is used for dredging operations to ensure that rivers, canals, and harbors are deep enough for the safe passage of ships and boats, which is particularly important for commercial shipping routes, where maintaining a certain depth is essential for large vessels.
Feature:
Easily replaceable liners
Easy to operate, high quality
Higher work pressure
Anti aging, long lifespan
Low maintenance cost
Overview
The DN900 dredging ball joint, in large-scale land reclamation projects, is essential for creating flexible, durable pipeline systems capable of transporting large volumes of material over long distances. In floating piping systems, the ball joint adapts to surface fluctuations and vessel movements, providing the necessary flexible connections.
Dredge ball joints type:
1.Tilting angle of 15 degrees: 10bar, 20bar and 30bar.
2.Tilting angle of 18 degrees: 10bar, 20bar and 30bar.
