
Directly buried sleeve compensator
Directly buried sleeve compensator is a kind of compensation device used for directly buried pipeline, mainly used to absorb the axial displacement of pipeline caused by thermal expansion and contraction, with the characteristics of bending resistance and soil pressure resistance.

Precautions:
Avoid the use of deformation to adjust the installation overrun: in the installation process, it is strictly prohibited to adjust the installation overrun of the pipeline through the deformation of the directly buried expansion joint, so as not to affect its normal function and reduce the service life.
Protect the surface of bellows: in the process of installation, should avoid welding slag splash to the surface of the wave shell to prevent the wave shell from mechanical damage.
Inspection and commissioning: the model, specification and piping configuration of expansion joints should be checked before installation to ensure compliance with design requirements. After installation, the positioning members and fasteners should be removed as soon as possible, and the limit devices should be adjusted according to the design requirements.
