Cruise Ship Carpet

Carpets can be divided into: pure wool carpet, blended carpet (wool and chemical fiber), chemical fiber carpet (polyamide fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyester fiber), sisal carpet and rubber carpet and so on according to the different raw materials used in the manufacture of the carpet.

(1) the basic requirements: fire prevention, anti-static properties, etc.

(2) Environmental requirements: anti-fouling, anti-mold, traffic flow.

(3) Cabin overall design requirements: coordination, decorative effect.

Overview

Suggestion:

Carpets are generally rolled in a way that they should be transported to the laying site 24 hours before laying, opened, spread and eliminated the curling stress, so that the carpets have enough time to adapt to the temperature and humidity of the laying environment (the best temperature for mechanism carpet laying is between 18-35 degrees Celsius), so that they can be laid more smoothly in the laying.

Check whether the carpet is twisted, broken, etc. If it exists, the carpet needs to be shaped manually, if the situation is more serious, it will be returned to the factory for shaping.

Sort the carpets in the laying area according to the carpet roll number to avoid color difference after laying.
