Circular Manual Fire Damper

Circular Manual Fire Damper

Marine manual fire dampers are mainly used on the air ducts of ventilation systems with fire prevention requirements. When a fire occurs, once the temperature inside the air duct rises above 70 ℃, the fire damper will quickly and automatically close to achieve regional isolation and prevent the spread and expansion of fire along the air duct. The control form is a manual actuator. Our company's fire dampers are designed for offshore work and can effectively block the infiltration of water vapor and smoke, ensuring normal operation in such environments. They are particularly suitable for humid environments such as ships, offshore platforms, and underground engineering.

Overview

Basic parameters

The melting temperature is 70 ± 3 ℃.

Closing time<2 seconds.

Air leakage rate ≤ 5m3/m2 · h.

Fire rating A0~A60.

Advantages

Low cost.

less prone to malfunctions.

Simple structure, no power drive.

Simple control operation, with universality and flexibility.

Application

Manual Fire Valves require manual operation, which means that when a fire is detected, the valve is manually closed to prevent the spread of the fire. Manual fire dampers are generally installed on the main pipeline to control the spread of fire along the pipeline.
