Ventilation fan usage and maintenance:

1.Before installing the ventilation fan, each component should be checked for damage; Whether the supporting components are complete; Check if the impeller rotation direction is consistent with the casing rotation direction label.

2.When installing pipelines, they should be naturally aligned and kissed with the air inlet of the fan, and should not be forcibly connected. The pipeline should be supported and it is not allowed to add the weight of the pipeline to the fan.

3. After installing the fan, move the impeller to check for any friction or collision with the fixing parts. If there is collision, friction, excessive noise or significant vibration, it should be checked before restarting. It should be prevented from colliding with the ventilation fan, and foreign objects and liquids are not allowed to enter the fan. Dust accumulation on the impeller blades should be promptly removed to avoid affecting balance and increasing noise.

4. The maintenance of the fan must be carried out during parking. When restarting after maintenance, check whether all components of the fan are in normal condition.

5. For small faults that occur during the operation of the fan, the cause should be identified and efforts should be made to eliminate them; When a major malfunction is discovered, it must be stopped immediately and repaired in a timely manner.
