Application:

1. When the device is a multi-series, the main pipeline from outside the boundary area is divided into thousands of sub-pipes to enter each series, and the shut-off valve in each sub-pipe is set up at the vernier. 4, when the device is subject to regular maintenance, inspection or mutual switching, the equipment involved needs to be completely isolated.

2. When the device is to be regularly repaired, inspected or switched to each other, and the equipment involved needs to be completely isolated, blind plates shall be installed at the shut-off valves.

3. Charging pipeline, replacement gas pipeline (such as nitrogen pipeline, compressed air pipeline) process piping and equipment connected to the cut-off valve set up at the vermilion plate.

4. Equipment, piping, low-point discharge, if the process media need to be centralized to a unified collection system, set the blind plate after the shut-off valve.

5. Equipment and pipeline exhaust pipe, liquid discharge pipe, sampling pipe after the valve should be set up blind or silk plug. Non-toxic, non-health hazardous and non-explosive hazardous materials are excluded.

6. When the device is constructed in stages, the interconnected pipelines should be set up at the shut-off valve to facilitate the construction of subsequent projects.

7. Device normal production, need to completely cut off some auxiliary piping, generally should be set up blind.
