Aluminum alloy anode are widely used in the anti-corrosion of hull, pressurized water tank, seawater pipeline, port and terminal facilities, offshore engineering, drilling platform, condensers and soil medium pipelines.

Standard and Application

Aluminum alloy anode production implementation GB4948-2002 "aluminum - zinc - indium alloy sacrificial anode".

The aluminum anodes produced by our company can prevent the corrosion of steel structures in seawater, and are widely used in the anti-corrosion of hull, pressurized water tank, seawater pipeline, port and terminal facilities, offshore engineering, drilling platform, condensers and soil medium pipelines. Because the performance of aluminum anode is affected by the chemical composition of the alloy, we provide different composition of aluminum alloy combination to meet the requirements of customers, our company is currently implemented the standards of GB/T 4948-2002, U.S.Mil-A-18001K, W and other standards.

Surface Quality Requirements

1. the working surface of sacrificial anode can be casting surface

2. the working surface of the sacrificial anode shall be free of oxidised slag, burr, flying edge and other defects; all surfaces of the sacrificial anode shall be allowed to have fine transverse cracks with a length of not more than 50mm and a depth of not more than 5mm, but crack clusters shall not be allowed to exist

3. the sacrificial anode working surface is allowed to have casting shrinkage hole, but its depth shall not exceed 10% of the anode thickness, the maximum depth shall not exceed 10mm.

4. the working surface of the sacrificial anode shall be kept clean, and shall not be stained with paint and oil, etc.
