90 Degree Pipe Bend

90 Degree Pipe Bend

90 degree pipe bend can realize effective ventilation in limited space due to its turning design, especially suitable for places with restricted space. Usually made of corrosion-resistant and high-temperature-resistant materials, it can adapt to various harsh working environments and ensure long-term stable operation.

Overview

Installation:

Before the installation of the 90 degree elbow of the air duct, it is necessary to measure the angle of the 90 degree turn, determine the location of the turn and the bending radius.

Based on the measurements, mark the duct with an angle ruler. Then use scissors or a cutter to cut the duct to the desired length. Cutting should be done in such a way as to minimize sawing and splitting so as not to interfere with subsequent work.

Place the freshly cut duct on the workbench and mark the position according to the 90-degree turn. Then gently tap the bent portion with a hammer to gradually bend it to the desired angle. If the elbow needs to be reinforced, it can be tied tightly with wire.

Air leakage should be avoided as much as possible at the elbow, so sealing treatment is needed at the interface. First use a pump to blow out the dust and debris left in the duct, then apply sealant and secure it with sealing tape.
