1. Pay attention to control the tightening strength of flange bolts during installation to avoid deformation of pipeline caused by over-tightening or over-loosening.
2. Check the surface quality of the sealing surface of the flange before installation to ensure that there is no obvious concavity or damage.
3. When disassembling, loosen the flange bolts first, and then use tools to disassemble the flange, avoiding the use of hammers and other hard objects to knock the flange, resulting in deformation and damage to the flange.
4. Carry out air leakage test after installation to ensure that there is no leakage point in the flange connection.
