300m³ MPUV Ballast Water Management System
Our factory independently develops a medium-pressure ultraviolet ballast water management system with the rich professional knowledge and experience in water treatment, automation, machinery, life sciences and other aspects. It adopts a 40 μm self-cleaning filter combined with medium-pressure ultraviolet (MPUV) disinfection technology, which has a simple structure and superior performance. The design allows to meet the more stringent emission standards in the future and provides customers with a complete ballast water management solution (50-4000 m3/hr).

System unique
Compared to chemical technology
The medium-pressure ultraviolet ballast water management system does not add any chemicals and does not produce any chemicals either; its structure, operation, and maintenance are simple, facilitating installation and the use and daily maintenance by the personnel on board; and it does not cause secondary pollution.
Compared to other UV technology
Our product design concept is unique, the system has a simple structure and a small floor area, and is suitable for almost any ship such as new ships and retrofitted ships; it can flexibly switch between energy-saving and high-performance modes, greatly saving energy loss; the sufficient and flexible UV design dose makes it unnecessary to upgrade and retrofit the equipment when more stringent requirements are implemented in the future.
