Measurement Steps
1. Choose the appropriate measuring head: Based on the diameter of the measured hole, select the appropriate measuring head and install it onto the three-point caliper.
2. Set measurement range: Adjust the measurement range of the caliper according to the size of the measuring head.
3. Insert measuring head: Gently insert the measuring head into the hole being measured, ensuring that the measuring head is in full contact with the inner wall of the hole being measured.
4. Measurement: Slowly rotate the caliper to evenly distribute its three measuring points around the hole. At this point, the reading on the caliper gauge is the inner diameter size of the measured hole.
5. Record measurement results: Repeat the measurement several times and take the average to reduce measurement errors.
