NEK 606 Offshore&Marine Cable

   HI-SEA offers a comprehensive range of NEK 606 offshore and marine cables, purpose-built to meet the demanding requirements of the global oil and gas, offshore platform, and marine vessel industries. As an internationally recognized Norwegian standard, NEK 606 sets the benchmark for cables operating in harsh and hazardous offshore conditions.

   Our NEK 606 portfolio includes BFOU (fire-resistant) and RFOU (flame-retardant) cables, available in power, control, and instrumentation configurations to suit diverse applications. Each cable features stranded tinned copper conductors, halogen-free insulation, and robust SHF series sheathing. BFOU cable incorporate mica tape for enhanced fire integrity, ensuring circuit continuity during emergencies.

   All cables are low smoke zero halogen (LSZH), minimizing toxic emissions and protecting personnel and sensitive equipment in fire situations.
